How long will my order take?

Most Pretty Gifted products are personalized and made especially for you. Production normally takes approximately 3–5 business days, followed by an estimated 3–5 business days for shipping. During holidays and busy periods, production and delivery may take slightly longer.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change. Because personalized orders can enter production quickly, changes or cancellations may not be possible once production has begun.

What should I check before placing my order?

Please carefully check all names, dates, ages, spelling, punctuation and other personalization before completing your purchase. Your item will be created using the information submitted with your order.

Will the printed colors look exactly like my screen?

Colors may vary slightly between screens and the finished printed product due to monitor settings and the printing process.

Do you accept returns?

Because personalized products are created specifically for each customer, we generally cannot accept change-of-mind returns. This does not affect your rights if your order arrives damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please contact us promptly with your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and help arrange an appropriate resolution.

Can you create a custom design for my celebration?

Custom requests are welcome. Contact us with your theme, colors, wording, product type and event date, and we will let you know what is possible.
