Returns and Refunds

All Pretty Gifted products are personalized and printed to order by our US production partner. Because each item is made specifically for you, we are unable to offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on change-of-mind or personalization errors made at checkout.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged or with a printing error, we will replace it free of charge. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with a clear photo of the issue and your order number. You will not be required to ship the item back to us.

Order accuracy

Because production begins immediately after your order is placed, we are unable to cancel or modify orders once submitted. Please double check all personalization details, spelling, and dates carefully before completing checkout.
